RETURN POLICY (please read carefully)

        All new / unused or defective products may be returned within a 30 day period that are purchased within the U.S. Unused items must be in the same condition as you received them. Bagged, boxed, banded, etc.

Sales outside the US are non-refunable.

  • All returns will be charged a processing fee of 5% of the total order and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Items that are "Free" have no warranty. 

      • Shipping Charges are not refundable. Customer will pay return shipping charges, and must obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from us prior to return.

      • PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON MERCHANDISE PACKAGES/BOXES. WE CAN NOT RESELL AN ITEM IF YOU HAVE WRITTEN ON IT AND REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

      • Include your invoice, a copy of it, or reference your order #, along with written reason for return, along with the merchandise. Please indicate if you would like exchange or refund.

      • Email sales@mrdrip.com or call 928-521-4725 for an RGA number. For email: In the subject line write "request for RGA" Please reference the return with your order number or date the order was placed.
      • After 30 days, all warranties are backed by the manufacturer. See specific warranty information packed with each item.

      • Any item shipped out of the US is warranted by the manufacture. No warranties express or implied for international orders by Drips Inc.

      • Any liability of Drips Inc. is limited to the replacement of defective products or their purchase price. Abuse and misuse of products, or products used for purposes other than the intended application shall not be covered under any warranty or return policy. Not responsible for any items that may have frozen and burst due to neglect. Battery operated timers must be removed in the winter, or when freezing may occur. Irrigation lines in some climates may need to be drained for winter preparation.

      All returns MUST have RGA number, or no credit will be given!

      Write your RGA on the outside of the box you are shipping. (not on merchandise boxes) If you do not put your RGA on the outside of the box, when it arrives at our warehouse, it could just be set aside, prolonging the return process. If after 30 days we do not receive your return, it will be dismissed and no credit issued after that time.
