SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping address different than your billing address: On the shipping page of your order, which comes up after the billing page, simply erase the billing address and type in the address you want your order shipped to.

Orders over 150 lbs - Shipping can not be calculated on orders that exceed 150 lbs. You can either place more than one order to compensate for this or you may call your order in at 877-503-7477.

Tracking your order - When making UPS labels for shipping, your email address that you provided in your order is entered so a tracking number can be sent to your email. If you have not received this information, it may have went to a spam box or you might have provided an incorrect email address. You can check your order confirmation to see if proper email was entered.  Otherwise you can email us for your tracking number. Please provide a name, zip code and your order number, if you have it, to help us to handle this promptly.

  • Orders are shipped usually within 24 business hours.
  • Orders are shipped UPS ONLY. UPS Ground may take up to 6 business days to arrive after we ship the product. See map below for your shipping time in transit from us to you.
  • Orders shipped within Arizona will be charged 8.3% sales tax.
  • Upon receiving your order, you have 5 days to claim any shipping discrepancies. No claims will be accepted more than 5 days after receipt of order.
  • Due to "acts of God" that prevent or slow down the shipping process are not refundable.
  • If a package is refused or abandoned, shipping is not refundable and customer may incur service charges.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Shipping and handling charges subject to change at any time.

  • Shipping to the United States only.
  • No other International orders accepted. We can not ship to APO's/FPO's or P.O. Boxes.
  • Due to some customers in Canada not wishing to pay "duty", thus causing packages to be abandoned we no longer ship to Canada.
