SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Calculate Shipping Costs:
1.) Add items to the cart by clicking the "order" button. You can adjust the quantity of items in the cart.

2.) In the cart look for ... "Click here to preview our shipping rates."

3.) Enter your state and zip code. Click the "refresh" button. This will calculate your shipping without having to place an order or enter any personal information.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.....Please call 928-521-4725 to place your orders. You can also email Lori with your order, so she can give you a total with shipping. These orders can ship via Priority Mail.

Canadian Orders: Orders to Canada will be processed by Lori. Email her at lori@mrdrip.com with your order, or call 928-521-4725. She will quote your order with shipping to Canada. Due to time and paper work required to ship to Canada, we have a $25.00 MINIMUM ORDER. There will also be a $2.50 handling fee added to all orders.

Prices are subject change. $2.50 will be added to each order for handling charges.
Over size boxes or orders that will require insurance can also add to the cost of shipping. Shipping via Priority Mail.

Tracking your order - When making UPS labels for shipping, your email address that you provided in your order is entered so a tracking number can be sent to your email. If you have not received this information, it may have went to a spam box or you might have provided an incorrect email address. Otherwise you can email us for your tracking number. Please provide a name, zip code and your order number, if you have it, to help us to handle this promptly. Orders shipped common carrier are given the trucking companies website, along with the pro number.

Orders are shipped usually within 24 business hours.

Time sensitive orders (2nd day, 3rd day) MUST be placed by 11 AM Mon-Thur. Arizona Time to ship that day. Orders placed after 11 AM Arizona time on Thursday's are shipped on Monday.

Orders are shipped UPS, or common carrier.

UPS Ground may take up to 6 business days to arrive after we ship the product. See map below for your shipping time in transit from us to you.

Orders shipped within Arizona will be charged 8.3% sales tax.

Upon receiving your order, you have 5 days to claim any shipping discrepancies. No claims will be accepted more than 5 days after receipt of order.

Due to "acts of God" that prevent or slow down the UPS shipping process, shipping rates are NOT refundable.

If a package is refused or abandoned, shipping is not refundable and customer may incur service charges.

Orders that required an address change while in route, will be charged the $15.00 that UPS charges us to make that change.
