• All new / unused or defective products may be returned within a 30 day period.
• All returns are charged a processing fee of 5% of the total order and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping Charges not refundable. Customer will pay return shipping charges, and must obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from us prior to return.
• PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON MERCHANDISE PACKAGES/BOXES. WE CAN NOT RESELL AN ITEM IF YOU HAVE WRITTEN ON IT AND REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
• Include your invoice, or a copy of it, along with written reason for return along with the merchandise. Please indicate if you would like exchange or refund.
• Email or call 877-503-7477 for RGA numbers. In the subject line write "request for RGA" Please reference the return with your order number or date the order was placed.
• 30 day warranty on timers and valves. After 30 days, all warranties are backed by the manufacturer. See specific warranty information packed with each item.
• Any liability of Drips Inc. is limited to the replacement of defective products or their purchase price. Abuse and misuse of products, or products used for purposes other than the intended application shall not be covered under any warranty or return policy. Not responsible for any items that may have frozen and burst due to neglect. Battery operated timers must be removed in the winter, or when freezing may occur. Irrigation lines in some climates may need to be drained for winter preparation.

All returns MUST have RGA number, or no credit will be given!

All returns must have a copy of the invoice enclosed.

Returns accepted up to 30 days from the time you receive your package.
