| The Split-T
System is especially useful for vegetable gardens and parallel rows of
plantings. Multiple lengths of 100 feet (up to six 100-foot lengths)
can be operated simultaneously by using a Split-T System. However, a
single line of Soaker Hose should lay next to each row of plants to
ensure adequate water coverage. |
|
The Poly Header
Pipe (#118) acts as a supply line, bringing your water supply directly
to where it is needed.
It then connects to the
Soaker Hose, strategically placed for maximum watering efficiency with
Couplings (#113), Elbows(#112), or Tees (#123). |
|
A single line of
Soaker Hose can snake through a row of shrubs or hedges, maintaining a
steady, uniform supply of water to the roots.
The Soaker Hose wets an area
1 to 3 feet wide along its entire length, depending on soil type and
also works very well for long narrow beds and hard to reach spots. |
