Soaker Hose Bulk Standard that can be run in lengths of 100'.

Mr. Soaker Hose Is made from 100% recycled materials, 50% from recycled rubber and 50% recycled polyethylene products that are re-pelletized for use in the process, made here in the USA. Bulk Soaker hose means there are NO fittings on the hose. In turn, you can cut to desired length to create your own custom system.

 Soaker Hose is actually the grandfather of the drip irrigation system.  When you attach a soaker to a regular hose and turn on the water supply, water seeps in sweat-like beads from the hose along its entire length.

Soaker hose if used properly can help us conserve water and at the same time enjoy beautiful flower gardens, trees as well as great tasting home-grown fruits and vegetables. Also use in raised planters, median strips, foundation stabilization, hanging planters and more. Plants can also be fertilized by injecting water soluble  fertilizer through the soaker hose.

 

  
 

 
   
 

Steps to installing a soaker hose system (same as our professional series)

Tools & Materials (see fitting, accessories list below)

  • Plastic or metal stakes

  • Mr. Soaker Hose (pre-measure the path of the hose where you are going to lay it) soaker hose is sold only in  bulk, no fittings are attached/included.

  • Poly tubing allows you to add tuning where no water is needed.

  • Pressure Regulator is a MUST since soaker hose is designed to work at low pressure.

  • Filter to keep particles from clogging your soaker hose (minimum of 150 mesh).

  • Some areas may require a calcium filter.

  • Always use compression fittings (as pictured) that fit over the hose/tubing as barb fittings that fit inside tend to diminish the flow rate.

  • Water timer to automatically control your system. (can be installed later).

  • Y connector with shutoff, splitters, fittings (Use black/yellow compression fittings).

    Mr. Soaker Hose uses black/yellow compression fittings that can be cut and run in lengths of up to 100'.
