Arizona Mist Nozzles

  
 

Nozzle information - The nozzles contain a 10/24 thread with a .012 (twelve thousandths) orifice. It is a three piece nozzle with a brass body and a stainless steel orifice and a stainless steel cylinder within the nozzle. It should last for 2 - 3 years with proper maintenance. The nozzle will emit .5 gallons per hour at 70 p.s.i. and 1.8 gallons per hour at 800 p.s.i. The nozzle will have a cone shape spray pattern of approximately 75 degrees (at 70 p.s.i.) and should obtain complete evaporation when mounted at least 8 feet off the ground (This assuming 95 + degrees with 0% - 20% humidity). The orifice is 5 microns.

#AZPCF  Arizona Penguin Calcium Inhibitor Filter  This filter protects the misting system in two ways; it stops solid sediments, as small as 5 microns, from passing through the system, clogging the nozzle orifice, and coats smaller particulates with polyphosphates which enables them to pass easily through the nozzle orifice without forming blockages. A mist filter prolongs the life of the mist nozzle and inhibits nozzle clogging. It is suggested the filter be changed annually for best results. Fits inline, has male & female hose ends.

Contents of the filter contain: 54% Hexametaphosphate, 44% Polyproplyene.
